Fuel supply stable in Odisha: Indian Oil

Bhubaneswar: Despite ongoing geopolitical tensions impacting international energy markets, the supply of LPG, petrol and diesel in Odisha remains normal and stable, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has clarified.The corporation on Wednesday stated that it is closely monitoring the situation on a regular basis to ensure uninterrupted availability of essential fuels across the state.

IOC further informed that a robust and user-friendly grievance registration and redressal system has been introduced for the convenience of Indane LPG customers. It added that for emergency assistance, consumers can call the 24-hour LPG helpline number 1906. This dedicated nationwide helpline is meant for reporting gas leaks and other safety-related issues.Additionally, general and service-related complaints can be registered between 8 am and 8 pm through the toll-free customer care number 1800-2333-555.The company informed that customers can also lodge complaints via digital platforms. Indian Oil’s official website features a dedicated feedback and grievance portal, where users can submit complaints using their 17-digit registered LPG ID or consumer number. Complaints can also be registered and tracked through the Indian Oil ONE mobile app, available on both Android and iOS platforms.To ensure transparency and accountability, every complaint registered through the helpline or online portal is assigned a unique Service Request Number (SRN), allowing consumers to track the status of their grievances through an official tracking system. IOC stated that efforts are being made to resolve each complaint within a maximum of three days.
