Bhubaneswar: Police on Saturday arrested Jaga Patra, the primary accused in the brutal rape and murder of a minor college girl in Dhenkanal. The body of the girl was found in a forest in the district on Thursday. The police, after arresting the accused, recreated the crime scene and produced him in court. tnn
