Berhampur: A 34-year-old man was hacked to death allegedly by his cousin over a long standing land dispute in Kandhamal district’s Da ringbadi police station limits on Thursday. An axe, used in the crime, was seized. Sangram Keshari Jena, inspector in charge of Daringbadi police station said accused Tapan Padra (37) was detained. He allegedly axed Elisiya Padra to death after a heated argument while working in their turmeric fields.
