Rourkela: In a major crackdown on cybercrime under the special enforcement initiative “Operation Kavach”, Jhirpani police here have arrested two persons on Friday allegedly involved in operating mule bank account used for large-scale online fraud across the country. The fraudulent transaction of more than Rs 1 crore had been routed through this account. The two accused were identified as Ganesh Tirkey (37), resident of Jabaghat Brahman Tola near Jagannath Temple, Bondamunda and Ashutosh Kujur (39) of JD-172 Jagda, under Jhirpani police station here.
