Bhubaneswar: Two people died and four others were critically injured after a speeding car rammed into an autorickshaw on National Highway-16 at Jatni in Khurda district on Monday.According to sources, the driver and a passenger of the three-wheeler died, while four other passengers sustained critical injuries as the vehicle was badly damaged by the impact of the crash that took place in the afternoon near National Institute of Science Education and Research.Local residents informed Jatni police about the accident, following which they arrived at the spot and rushed the injured to the district headquarters hospital. The identities of the deceased people are yet to be ascertained, Jatni police said, adding they seized both vehicles. Police have begun an investigation into the accident.
