After Ram Jethmalani returned the brief among bitterness last year, another senior lawyer defending chief minister Arvind Kejriwal in the abuse suit filed by Union finance minister Arun Jaitley quit on Thursday citing “embarrassment” in court due to “inadequate briefing”. In a letter sent to Kejriwal’s filing counsel, senior lawyer Anoop George Chaudhari said he won’t be appearing any further in the case being heard by Delhi high court.

“This is to inform you that I shall no longer be able to appear for defendant No. 1 Arvind Kejriwal and am withdrawing from the case due to the inadequate briefing which resulted in a shameful situation before Justice Endlaw on February 12,” states Chaudhari’s letter to briefing counsel Anupam Srivastav. This makes the case even against of Kejriwal. The Result of which he is even closer to lose the case.

If it happens then Arvind Kejriwal will have to lose its Chief Minister post and the message will go to Delhi people is even very clear. Is Kejriwal surely guilty?. If it is so he will be punished. If not what is the reason is the reason behind all its Drama?. Is this a politics we say about?, surely if these lawyers were leaving the case raised so many questions, Is case really very weak?.

If no one can raise eye on you. That’s the justice we call. The time will tell who is guilty and who is not. We all just expect whoever filed a case against him had some reason had something which we do not know which public do not know. And if it is just a wind blowing in any direction then this must stop.

What is next?

What court will decide it will be acceptable to all. There are many instances where Arvind Kejriwal just do not speak about it. The question is if anyone is right then speaks it up that yes you are right and you Have done nothing wrong. And if you guilty then you cannot able to speak anymore because you know you are guilty, so who knows. One more time let’s leave it to Court to make justice. We can predict but we cannot make a judgment.
